After receiving marketing funds from IBM, the CMO at Microserve hired Pace Creative to generate leads for their data-storage solutions while highlighting their outstanding customer service. Pace Creative created a strategic piece of content to give a simplified overview of Microserve’s data-storage service. The content also connected Microserve’s solutions to consumers’ most pressing data-storage challenges in order to demonstrate the company’s understanding of customers’ specific needs.

In an ever-expanding and competitive environment, how can we attract new leads for Microserve’s data-storage solutions?

Dealing with an audience of CFOs, CEOs, and COOs, the primary challenge was to make the content relevant and worthy of downloading.

Pace Creative decided to develop an infographic, a strategic piece of content that could live on the website and be downloadable.

To build brand awareness of Microserve data storage solutions, we promoted the infographic and its content.

The promotions drove qualified users to a landing page on the Microserve website where they could read the full infographic and request a free assessment.

Simplifying the information about Microserve’s data-storage services was key.

The main objective of the content layout is to make it accessible while also focusing on the potential client’s needs when sourcing a new data storage solution.

Microserve received 22 new leads as a result of this campaign… in addition to an increase in brand awareness.
